In response to your comments we have made a detailed analysis of the issues and we respond as follows:
1. Hernando Alfonso is an employee of Motorola Solutions, and is responsible for the development and implementation of the application. Support is attached.
2. The "Phone Number" field has been changed as an optional field. This is in response to your suggestion not to ask for information that is not relevant to the core functionalities of the application.
3. We have added our website query functionality in the application home to provide users with non-account based functionality before asking them to log into the application.
4. We have verified that the application meets the criteria for a broad audience.
The application includes information for B2C products, including end users such as sportsmen, event organizers, farmers, etc., who purchase our products in stores and supermarkets, as well as companies that purchase professional products through different channels. To consult the information and use the functionalities of the app you do not need to be a direct customer of Motorola Solutions.
We have added interactive features for any user, such as customer support chat, sending notifications of events, webinars and promotions, sending direct messages to the sales and support team, and a favorites section.
